Before contacting support

Try the relevant steps in Troubleshooting. If the issue remains, gather:

  • The Cheqq area you were using.
  • The exact action you took.
  • The visible error message.
  • Whether the issue repeats in a new chat or after reopening the page.
  • A sanitized screenshot when it adds information that the error text does not show.

Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, private file contents, or other secrets.
