Upload, use, download, and remove files that provide context to Cheqq and Wapps.
Upload a file
- Select Files in the main navigation.
- Drag files into the upload area or select Upload.
- Wait for the upload to finish before using the file in chat.
The Files page states that uploaded files are available to Cheqq and every Wapp, with a maximum size of 5 MB per file.
Use files in chat
Attach supported files from the chat input when a request depends on their contents. In a Wapp chat, type @ to choose from available workspace files when the file picker is shown.
Download or delete
Use the actions beside a file to download or delete it. Deleting a file removes it from the shared Files area, so confirm that ongoing chats or Wapps no longer need it.
If an upload fails, confirm the file is within the displayed limit and retry from the Files page. See Troubleshooting for more recovery steps.
