Run and monitor workflows

Create, configure, test, activate, and run repeatable workflows in Cheqq.

Open the automation workspace

Select Automations in the main navigation. Open an existing workflow or create one from the available action.

Build a workflow

An automation contains a trigger and connected steps. Select a node to edit its configuration in the detail panel. Available actions depend on your connected integrations and Wapps.

Common control-flow steps include branches, loops, parallel paths, and waits. Configure each step's required fields before testing the workflow.

Configure a trigger

The editor supports manual runs and supported event-driven triggers, including schedule, email, webhook, and collection-change configurations. The fields shown in the trigger editor are the source of truth for that trigger.

Test and run

Use step testing while configuring a supported step. Use Run now in the editor header for a full manual run. Review the run output and correct failed or incomplete configuration before activation.

Activate an automation

Activation enables configured non-manual triggers. Confirm the saved definition and connection permissions before activating it. Deactivate the workflow when you need to prevent future triggered runs while editing.

For failed runs, see Troubleshooting.
